Hey there members of WSNW. This is Twinkie, and this will probably be
my last action as staff here at WSNW.
As you can tell, WSNW has fallen under some poor leadership these days.
Jamal (the owner) is only online roughly two hours per day, which is
NOT enough time to dedicate to the host.
You've also noticed the lack of notice before the server reformat. We
(the staff) were not expecting it to happen that early, and I
personally suggested to Jamal that he enable the backup system of cPanel, which
he didn't. His reasoning for this was that it would cause extra stress
on the server, and not help things.
I'm currently the Head of Network Operations, soon to be former. I
have "half" access to what I should have. A person in my position should
have the permissions to fix stuff when it breaks. I don't, and Jamal
thinks that it is more important to get the new version of the website
released than to fix my permissions.
Anyways, to the heart of this email, I'm going to personally recommend
that you move to another host. One that I host my personal site on,
and we haven't had any downtime for going on a month now (had to reboot
the server after some setting changes). I also work at this other host,
and help financially support it. I think you will all be more
satisfied there.

Please register there, and be done with WSNW, as I forsee nothing but
more problems in the near future.
